We are located about 1/2 mile from the port. Golf carts are not allowed at the cruise/ferry port, so delivery to the port is not permitted. The good news: there’s a free complimentary tram from the Port to the Resorts World Hotel & Casino, and your golf cart will be parked just across the street.

📅 Booking & Payment Policy

All rentals must be booked and paid in full online before your arrival in Bimini.

Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with:
✅ Booking confirmation

🔁 Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans sometimes change. While all bookings are non-refundable, we offer two flexible options:

✅ Option 1: Partial Refund
Receive 75% of your payment back, with 25% retained to cover coordination, processing, and lost rental opportunities.

🔄 Option 2: Full Credit Transfer
Apply 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future rental. You may:
• Reschedule within 12 months of your original rental date
• Transfer the credit to a friend or family member

📅 Timing requirement:
To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental date.

1️⃣ Pickup Location
Your cart will be ready just across from Resorts World Hotel & Casino.

This is easily reachable via the free tram from the cruise/ferry port.

2️⃣ Lockbox Access
After full payment, you’ll receive a lockbox code via email and/or text. Use the code to retrieve your cart key.

3️⃣ During Your Rental
⛽ Fuel: We provide enough gas for 1–3 days of normal use. If needed, you can refuel at the Alice Town gas station.

4️⃣ Return Instructions
Please return the golf cart to the same parking spot.
Lock the cart and place the key back in the lockbox securely.

• The renter assumes full responsibility for the golf cart during the rental period.
• Any damage caused during the rental may result in additional charges.
• Please drive responsibly and follow all local traffic laws.
